The digital chakra imaging can be read as a partial reading or full reading
The face profile needs one frontal image- and the processing fee is $ 5.00
(1 picture- you will charge $ 25–$ 35)
The full profile readig requires nine(9) image and the processing fee is $ 10.00
( 9 pictures- you will charge $ 50-$ 75 or $ 150 to $250 including a healing or coaching session)

Do we get a website with our membership?

No, the membership does not include a web-site. However, we can design and develop a sales page to integrate with your website for marketing purpose. Please call technical support to get details on the time and cost of the development.

What type of training do we get to learn this system?

I already have an account with PayPal and Practice Pay Solutions, how do I integrate with myportalx.com?

Upon signup please visit your profile and add your PayPal email in there. The system is integrated with PayPal billing module.

Do you provide web hosting?

Yes. We can arrange for web hosting as well as web development.

Can we blog with your system or a membership subscription business model?

The portal does not offer blog or membership subscription program. However, we have several resources that can help you with these services. Please talk to technical support and they will provide you with an exact solution. The consultations service is absolutely free.

Is your system compatible with Mac’s?

Yes. Being a web-based program, our portal system is compatible with both PC and Mac devices. And it is also compatible with various browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Is my client data safe and confidential?

Accounts and Subscriptions

Is this a long-term commitment? How do I cancel?

No. My portalx.com is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the customer service and let them know the date you want to end the service. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and it includes 100% refund of the unused portion of the full monthly payment. This applies to the bi- annual and annual payment plans. However, on the monthly payments, you will be able to cancel the upcoming payments of the following month.

How can I manage the client count for my subscription plan and what is the difference between deleted or deactivated clients?

The data for deleted clients cannot be regained and they do not count towards your subscription count total. The deactivated client data is saved for 45 days and it gets purged and won’t be accessible after that. The client count is taken on the last Wednesday of the previous billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most manner of credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We only accept payments online. The payment receipts are available in the dashboard under payment tab.

How does the monthly billing cycle work?

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. It is set on recfruing base. The monthly billing is non-refundable: There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service. Once you cancel, your account is immediately deactivated and you will not be billed again. Your service needs to be cancelled atleast 48 hours prior to billing cycle date.

How does the bi-annual ( 6 months) billing cycle work?

The bi-annual ( 6 months) Service is billed in advance. It recurs on the 6-month anniversary date. An email reminder will be sending 14 days prior to the renewal. It can be cancelled anytime.100% of an unused portion of the balance will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in between the time cycle the monthly price will roll back to the monthly rate and prorated. However, if the cancellation is made at the end of the term, there will be no changes.

How does the annual ( 12 months) billing cycle work?

The annual ( 12 months) Service is billed in advance. It recurs on the one-year anniversary date. An email reminder will be sending 14 days prior to the renewal. It can be cancelled anytime. 100% of the unused portion of the balance will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in between the time cycle the monthly price will roll back to the monthly rate and prorated. However, if the cancellation is made at the end of the term, there will be no changes.

Can my clients log into the system from my website?

Yes. Your developer can install the log-in link on your web-site. Alternately we can provide the service for a small fee of $ 25.00.
